Online Order Returns

Any or all items from your online order that you wish to return must be received by ShopAtAnna within a period of 14 calendar days of the received delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period.
Returned products MUST be in the new condition as supplied, unused, unwashed and unworn and include all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued, but additional delivery fees may be charged.
To return goods please complete the Returns Form (or forms if multiple deliveries) enclosed with your original delivery of goods.
Goods are returned to ANNA at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.

Telephone Order Returns

Any or all items from your telephone order that you wish to return must be received by ShopAtAnna within a period of 14 calendar days of the received delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period.
Returned products MUST be in the new condition as supplied, unused, unwashed and unworn and include all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued, but additional delivery fees may be charged.
To return an order purchased over the telephone please complete the enclosed returns form along with your original receipt and return the goods to the store address on the returns note. Upon receipt of the goods, you will be contacted to retrieve your payment details. The refund will be processed immediately and you will receive your refund receipt via email.

Refunds

We typically operate with a quick turnaround on our returns and refunds but we ask that
you please allow 5-7 workings days for your refund to be processed once you have received
notification from us. Please be advised during busy periods such as Christmas and sale
season this time period might be extended to 10 days. A credit will be issued in the original
form of payment at that point.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be
notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken
place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and
post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy You will be notified when your original item has been refunded

Note

Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.
We do not accept returns on intimates, pierced jewellery or opened beauty products.

Please note shopatanna.com is not responsible for returns costs, however, if you are
returning a faulty product, we will refund the postage costs.
