Founding partners Jeff Rudes and Susie Crippen are responsible for the faultless fit of J Brand jeans. Rudes has worked in the industry since the 1970s and helped transform Abercrombie & Fitch, while Crippen was a stylist for leading fashion magazines.

This mix of denim manufacturer and stylist has resulted in a successful brand with a strong focus on clean, classic cuts and washes with little detailing. Although this label has a simple philosophy, J Brand are true innovators in the denim realm.
